If I could,
I would sing you a song
of lilting, lovely harmony
sweeter than any early morning bird
ever evoked
but my voice is broken

Just for you,
I would paint a picture
of scenic trees
and rolling pastures
with peace and plushness
in sonic blues and velvety greens
like you've not seen in your days
but my hands and eyes won't co-operate
no matter how sternly I reprimand them


O friend,
if I could,
I would write you a poem
an elegiac, metrical tune
composed solely for you
but my heart cannot carry the words
For it has stopped beating too

miss that girl really truckloads.
so glad we had so much to share,
to talk abt.
had a belated bdae celebration for her.
went nydc with her for dinner,
then fareast to have waffle at gelare.
absolutely miss her! :)
