i guess the reversing of an adjusted biological clock is not an easy feat.
besides, weekend lectures add on to the fatigue.

supposed to have an 830 class this morn,
and my mind just didn't want to give way to that 715 alarm,
the snoozed 724 alarm,
the bro 730 alarm,
and i woke at 740.

but the fatigue didnt wear off as i strode to the bus stop.
and all the buses seemed so packed.

so i took a u-turn.
and im home. :(

it is said that time heals all wounds. (albeit leaving a scar)
im beginning to believe that its quite true,

but is it that our feelings towards something fades,

or rather we have forgotten the emotional hurt?


we could all just be escapists.


a couple going through a divorce,

a depressed teenager,

friends having differences,

losing someone dear,

anger towards another,

disappointment towards expectations placed,

facing criticisms,

the strong feelings diminish with time.

but somehow, tiding thru it is painful.

and thats usually because it matters.

is hopefully a new beginning,

a better year. :)



went for the vivo countdown with xuannie bee ktt and ll. :)

the place was so crowded they had to control the flow even at the escalators!


stayed out till dawn doing nothing but chatting :)

skelby will continue to stay strong :)








and the tranquility of my neighbourhood at dawn was so mesmerising..

the first peek of mr. glaring sun felt so warm and special.




and then there was the passing of a very belated and appreciated 21st gift and dinner :)

a very precious meeting, for we never really spoke face-to-face.

the last moments of 08 were spent eventfully as well.


there was a festive xmas feast at home,




the skelby xmas chalet,








the taiwan trip,






meeting of mh and sm at ntu,




cs' bday celebration,




mich's siloso celebration,




and the list goes on. :)

for all the ups and downs, joy and pain, love and hate
we just have to embrace it because it will pass with the passing of time. :)

i've been having some probs accessing fb and blogger and have to use sis' lappie so most pics wil be up on fb. :)
