i must say hong kong was qt a wonderful place.
really lived up to its name of a shopping and eating paradise,
if not for the terrible air pollution that greeted me,
or some other factor..

owells, mum sis me went with my cousin and his parents.
on a tour. i feel so shortchanged by it. never never go on a tour to hk.
free & easy would actually do.. lol..

we checked in at the shamrock hotel(which looked lik a motel) den went to shop at ladies street b4 dinner at lei yun mun.. ladies street was just lik d typical pasar malam except that d stuff they sold were d most trendy ones and u can get really good bargains.. dere were also a lotta students screaming cus they were showing d mtv of some jap band on the large plasma screen.. dinner kinda sucked thou.. the weather was really cooling and walkin outdoors was like walking in the atrium with glass ceiling at bugis junction.. then they said they wud bring us to Victoria Peak but eventually we only went lik half peak? and we were at this golden hand dunno wad square just to take photos.. i felt lik a tourist.. i mean i was but i felt that i cud do that simply using adobe photoshop if they only had to bring us there, leave us for 10 mins den leave.. after the tour bus left us to alight, d six of us went touring ard, ate their famous wanton noodles and den went on to men's street to shop..

went with d tour grp to eat their traditional dimsum.. not too bad.. except that we dint expect to be having tt for the next few days.. haha.. den went to this temple where ppl were queuing to touch the statue of god of fortune then cast it into their pockets as a significance of grabbing money?? yea.. my mum and aunt did that.. and they brought us for this sampan ride which was qt seemingly breathtaking.. den went on to this jewellery shop which was kinda boring.. waited and waited for those ppl to buy den walked all d way to find d tour bus.. den went for this very sumptuous lunch.. the goose tasted great.. then they brought us to this medicinal hall... which was yet agn.. sigh.. and we went to the wishing tree after that.. it was lik so.. lol.. in a worse state than any tree you can find here.. so bare.. sigh i thk that would not be an attraction anymore.. but the toilets there were really really clean and nice.. and went to another temple.. the guide spoke in cantonese throughout and i cuden understand a single thing she said.. then went for tea and they let us off.. at about 5.30? so we were left to shop agn....

disneyland!
my first tym at one and it was an eye-opener.. if not for the fact that i did not get my pink ticket.. sigh nvm.. anw we spent a whol day dere and explored almost everything except i dint get to take pic with my chipmunks.. :( spent qt a lotta money there on stuffs, food and photos.. and really enjoyed the parade, this really qt thrilling ride, the live lion king show which their singing was fantastic, this 3D show which sent my mum aunt and uncle pushing away the disney character which came too close or to catch the jewels lil mermaid was casting.. lol.. and the tarzan ride was really fun considering there were so many interesting effects and i was stuck at a hot spot which i got all drenched.. :( i tot it was just a simple boat ride.. den the carousel.. it was such a long queue.. but all the mainland ppl just rushed in lik nobody's business and we all got separated except for my sis and me.. the best attraction was the fireworks which was such a splendour.. together with d music.. its a once in a lifetym(?) experience..

free & easy.
like yippee and hurray! went garden street to shop shop shop.. and took the mtr.. this hongkie tot i was a local and asked me for directions. den i dint really knew wad she was saying so i just pointed in the direction of an impending train.. den she just rushed for it.. i hope i dint giv wrong directions.. lol.. den we went baq hotel to put our stuff and went down Times Square later on.. there was this Rain poster and one on Kwon Sang Woo!! and another person asked me for directions agn and i just shrugged.. haha.. and we went sogo and walked down the street.. even bot some stuff from their minimarts.. and i saw one beggar.. sigh.. really poor thing.. lik leg was amputated and begging on the streets.. a pity i had no money.. and went baq hotel to pack.. we came with 10 kg and went back with approx 50kg lah.. cus their clothes and bags were qt cheap and nice.. and i bot my er zuo ju!!!! and some other shows..

last day.
went to eat dimsum den went huang da xian temple to pray.. their temples are really big and nice.. and was kinda unhappy cos some ppl just wanted to have things their own way.. and went shopping agn and prepared to check out of d hotel.. went to get some stuff from 7-eleven den boarded d plane.. the airport area was really cold.. we took cathay pacific and it was really not bad.. except i sat in front of the toilet and one was locked cus someone puked and another was hogged by someone having diarrhoea.. dint help cus i was having seafood rice(d cheesy kind).. den i rmbed this incident which occured when i took d plane to hk.. i was trying to ask d air steward whr d washroom was..
me: excuse me, may i noe where d ladies is?
him: sorry?
me: err.. can u tell me where d ladies is at?
him(pondering realll hard): i beg ur pardon?
me: d ladies...
him(bending down now and smiling): which lady?
me: d toilet
him(smiling sheepishly now): ohh.. the toilet! its over there..
and i was lik.. okay.. thanks..
was watching Pride and Prejudice lik for d fourth tym on the plane.. hehe..
den reached at 12 midnight..

been working and working and working..
well, wad wud u do if you enjoyed ur scope of work yet you feel so distant with everything else?
it was not even that bad under d tremendous pressure in markhan..
i kinda miss d tyms there..
we gain and lose things everyday,
and mature from each encounter..
recently i feel i've lost some faith, some trust, some love, some concern,
yet i gained the knowledge of not trusting ppl so easily, whether or not uve known them for a day, a mth, a yr or a decade..
you may just mean nothing to them..
you may just be remembered or not even so on your birthday..
you may be just a stepping stone for them to gain their maximum benefits..
you may be least on the priority as compared to material temptations..
you may be forsaken..

sometyms ppl dunno wad route they wish to take in life.
and so they do sth which may not be what they want for the sake of spiting others.
and not allowing the person to get outta their clutches.
im utterly disgusted by these ppl.

thirteenth march.
PC 13.
some say thirteen is a lucky no..
some beg to differ..
first tp i dealt with today was really really insistent.
and really.
subsequently there were those qt lewd ppl..
and some even expressive of it..
even when i rushed to d toilet, i fell..
my toes hurt like anything..
was almost late for work today..
and there were too many ppl we worked OT.
so i had my sleeping therapy agn..
its 3am now..
packing for d trip...
which was completely off my mind..

i kinda enjoy meeting ppl from all walks of life. :)
