has anyone ever felt left behind?

i felt it agn today..

was actually very jovial from a whole string of happy things which surrounded me last week.
and when one bad thing started to happen, everything else just didnt fall in place.

to you*:
i know i was wrong for making you wait.
but u nv gave me a chance to explain what happened.
you didnt believe me when i told u i was on d bus.
you made me feel that our friendship is not worth your time.
i had so much to share with you.
yet you never gave me a chance to say anything.
i was remorseful,
yet you never forgave.
i apologised.
yet u didnt respond.
i ordered something for us,
and you didnt even bother looking.
nevermind the scrutiny from d ppl ard.
nevermind the fact that i gorged the food down..
but have you ever thought that i may hav waited for you as well?
if not others have and ive waited for others?
you may not like it and noone does,
but that is a test of how much you value your friend.
how much you yearn to see her.
please understand that youre not the only one with temper.
try empathising.

wanted to walk home today.
but it poured.
just like my feelings today.
took the bus home instead.
and when i got to my house,
it continued pouring.
with lightning and thunder.
and me sitting at the busstop,
ppl coming, ppl going.
they had ppl sending them home in cars, maids bringing umbrellas for them, tuition ctrs loaning out umbrellas to their tutees' mothers, etc...
sat thr and thought thru wad was gg on.
noone was at home to deliver an umbrella to me.

amd gradually, everyone left.
all but me agn.
sat at the bus stop feeling very lousy.
sudden surge of tears welling up but i jus had to control.
because i am fated to be left behind in every aspect of my life.
and yes sy, live with it.
life's so short, enjoy it!

on a sidenote,
went kbox with ganbee and peiwen.
(: seniors from esprimere.
ganbee and me stayed for 8 hours.
broke record.
almost died, but was a great feeling.
meeting skelby tmr! -for k too. hee.


and this was a hair wk for d 3 of us. bro was preparing for prom. sis and me juz had nothing better to do. celebrated bro's bday.
and i was v v happy cus i gt an A for econs! i would nv hav imagined it, but ohwells, no longer that happy anymore. and my mum jus bought a bravia tv and home theatre system. was very excited but also, not as excited now.
ppl whom ive not been in touch with has been contacting me recently. which could be a good start. =)
